Terms and Conditions (For users submitting their designs / logging in)

The platform is only intended for the described use.

Any use that may affect Cricket Tokai and / or the Cricket trademark negatively is strictly forbidden.

By approving these terms of conditions, you: / By submitting the design on to the platform, you:

• agree for Cricket Tokai to showcase your uploaded design on the gallery site on www.cricketlighters.com as well as on any Cricket social media platforms for an unlimited period of time.
• confirm and warrant that the design used and uploaded by you is not infringing any third-party IP-rights or any other rights, and that it is not partly of fully AI-generated.
• agree to keep Cricket Tokai free from harm due to any legal violations or infringements that the uploaded design may cause.
• agree that the responsibility for the design lays entirely with you as the submitting party.
• agree not to use any pictures or images of people in your designs.
• agree and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
• agree that the submitted designs will be reviewed by Cricket Tokai before they are published on the gallery site, and that Cricket Tokai shall, in its own discretion, have the right to determine which designs are going to be published and not.
• agree that Cricket Tokai shall, in its own discretion, have the possibility to block certain users from submitting designs.
• agree that a published design will remain published for as long as the platform remains.
• agree that Cricket Tokai has the right to remove published designs in its own discretion.
• agree to that your uploaded designs are stored in a database / backend server, and that any rejected design will be cleared and removed from that server within 7 days, but that any approved designs will be stored at the server for the lifetime of the platform + x years to fulfill legal requirements.

Personal data

To submit you design you will need to authenticate yourself via your Google account. The Authentication step is inserted to prevent misuse of the platform and for Cricket Tokai to be able to contact possible winners of the “best design”-competitions. The data submitted will not be used for any other purposes.

For each user that has submitted a design the following personal data will be stored, name, e-mail, avatar.

This data will be processed by Cricket Tokai to administrate the platform service, the gallery, and the competition.

Cricket Tokai will not display the data publicly or use it for marketing purposes.

By approving these terms of conditions, you also approve Cricket Tokai processing of personal data in accordance with what is stated here.

Removal of a designs

Should you wish for your submitted design to be removed from the gallery or have you noted a published design that violates any laws or infringes any third-party rights please contact xxx.

Competition

Out of the submitted and subsequently published designs a Cricket Tokai Panel will select a monthly “best design-winner”.

The winner will be selected by a Cricket Tokai panel weighing in several different factors such as, but not limited to, number of likes and overall impression of the designs.

The prices will vary each month.

By accepting these terms of conditions, I acknowledge that I also approve Cricket Tokai’s use of my personal data as described above.
